“Bipolar” – August 29th, 2009 – 7:00PM – 11:00PM
An event that will overwhelm your senses, engaging in a complete euphoric melodrama.Contemporary Artists will step out of their artistic comfort zones and embrace a new approach, imagine artist Rembrandt adopting HR Giger’s style, technique or medium. The “Bipolar” exhibit will feature some of the most-talented contemporary artists of today, such as Sas Christian, Nate Frizzell, Bigfoot, James Naccarato, Allison Sommers, Mike Maxwell, Tim Biskup, Melissa Haslam, Mimi Knoop, Jenn Porreca and award-winning comic book creator Farel Dalrymple, etc. The night will begin with a somber, ominous environment, that will lead to cataclysmic live performance from the band “Black Veil Brides”. The gallery itself, will be creeping with an undertakers’ delight, presenting you with a baleful drum-line of tones. Outside, one can enjoy a colorful array of decor, amusing entertainment and a childhood’s unforgettable treats.In addiction, there’ll be a chance to win a signed Fender Stratocaster, which was used in the Black Veil Brides’ music video “Knives and Pens” enclosed in a Coffin Case. Special guest DJ Howie Pyro, from the legendary punk rock band Danzig and D Generation will be catering the night with an arrangement of music. Upon opening of our doors, 50 gift bags will go to the first 50 who enter.
